What is a prefabricated acoustic system?

A prefabricated acoustic system is a panel-by-panel acoustic structure built in a factory according to the space's requirements and assembled modularly on site. Built in controlled factory conditions instead of on-site, these systems deliver consistent performance, fast installation and the option to disassemble / reassemble.

Phone-booth example

The most demanded prefabricated product in modern open offices is the phone booth. A single-person, double-leaf booth typically delivers Rw 30-35 dB — enough privacy for a video call. Quiet fan, sound-absorbing wall lining and LED lighting are standard inclusions.

Sandwich-panel wall — industrial solution

For industrial enclosures or in-factory acoustic partitions the sandwich-panel system is preferred. With rock-wool fill in a steel frame plus a perforated acoustic panel on the inside it delivers Rw 35-45 dB. Modular construction allows reconfiguration when production lines change.

All our prefabricated systems are built from products with tested Rw certificates. Fire class is EN 13501-1 A2-s1, d0 or B-s1, d0.
